最强战士贝利奥斯因为渴望人工太阳火炬的力量而坠入黑暗，但他的叛乱最终被奥特之王平定，并被打进宇宙监狱…… 多年以后，被扎布拉星人救出的贝利奥斯重回光之国，打败了众奥特战士，成功夺走人工太阳火炬并到怪兽墓场去。失去了火炬的奥特之星瞬间冻结，成功逃离的就只有梦比优斯、初代和赛文。 此时，盘龙号在特顿星遭遇怪兽的袭击。在雷将怪兽消灭后，梦比优斯把雷带走，并向他求救。两人与初代、塞文会合后，便一同前往怪兽墓场……其后，盘龙号再次遭受怪兽袭击，而此次被戴拿出手相救。在杰顿星人口中得知奥特之星的灾难后，盘龙号也飞往怪兽墓场…… 另一方面，在K76行星接受雷欧兄弟特训的赛文之子·ZERO在听闻奥特之星的危机后，也动身到怪兽墓场……
